Fragkiskos Mavrommatis was a Greek shooter, who competed in a total of 15 pistol and rifle events at the 1908 and 1912 Olympic Games. He also competed in the 1906 Intercalated Games in another nine events. His best results were fourth places in the small-bore rifle, disappearing target, team event in 1912 and in the free ridle, three positions, 200 metres, team event in 1906.
Later, he served as president of the Panhellenic Shooting Society. During his presidency he was the leader of the Greek team at the 1924 Olympic Games in Paris together with Ioannis Georgiadis. Mavrommatis was a merchant by profession. 1929-32 he acted as president of the Athens Commercial Association.
