Biography
Harry Adams was a sergeant in the U.S. Cavalry when he competed in the 1912 Olympics. He was the second highest U.S. scorer in the military rifle-team event, but, although he entered three individual events, the best he could do in those was a pair of 12th places.

Errata
Previously identified as one Harry Loren Adams who died 16 February 1960 in Bronxville, New York, but this Harry Loren Adams was born on 20 February 1887 in Sedalia, Missouri. Per US Passport applications and NY Passenger lists Harry Lester Adams competed at the 1912 and 1920 Olympics, which is confirmed by his Oakland Tribune obituary.
