Frank Hall of Ridgefield Park, New Jersey finished 15th in the individual clay pigeon event at the 1912 Olympics. In the team event he had the fourth best total of the five team members. Hall represented the New York Athletic Club. He donated a cup that was named for him to be given to winners of trapshooting competitions in New York City.
