Péllissard retained her European platform title in 1950 and was second that year on springboard. She eventually won 13 French Championships, winning both diving events in 1946, 1948, and 1949.
Péllissard-Darrigrand became a physical education teacher and eventually a journalist and author. She taught PE in Casablanca at Mers-Sultan College and later headed the department in Biarritz. She wrote several editions of La Galaxie Olympique, detailing the history of French participation at the Olympic Games. For her career as an author and teacher she was made a member of the French Ordre national du Mérite and received the Legion d’Honneur.
