Tini Wagner was a Dutch competitive swimmer who represented the Het Y club in Amsterdam. Wagner specialised in freestyle relay where she won gold at the Olympics and set a world record in the event. At the 1936 Berlin Olympics she swam in the 100 and 400 metres freestyle where she finished fifth and eighth, respectively. Her finest moment at the Games came in the 4 × 100 metres freestyle relay where she won gold along with compatriots Jopie Selbach, Willy den Ouden, and Rie Mastenbroek. A few months before the Olympics Wagner was part of the Dutch quartet that broke the world record in the 4 × 100 metres freestyle, which stood until 1938.
