Biography

Freddie van der Goes was a South African freestyle swimmer. At the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics she finished in fifth place in the 400 metres freestyle. In the 4 × 100 metres freestyle Relay van der Goes was part of the South African team that won the bronze medal.
