Biography

Freddie Milton had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1930 British Empire Games 4×200 yards Freestyle Relay (with Norman Brooks, Arthur Watts, and Joseph Whiteside). Milton also finished fifth in the 1930 British Empire Games 400 yards freestyle. In the British Empire Games he represented England.
