Biography
At the 1952 Helsinki Olympics, the German water polo team beat Romania 8-4 in the qualifying game, but then lost all three matches in the group stage against Hungary, Soviet Union and Egypt, and was eliminated. Philipp Dotzer was a team member. No more results could be identified for him.
