Pino Valle was an Italian water polo player and coach. Born in the Liguria Region, he competed at the 1924 Summer Olympics where the Azzurri team was 10th overall.
After the war and finishing his active career, Valle became an important coach and, under his guidance, the national team won the 1947 European Championships in Monte Carlo, ahead of Sweden and Belgium and, one year later, took gold (ahead of Hungary and The Netherlands) at London Olympics with the Settebello team. This included legends such as Gildo Arena, Mario Majoni, Cesare Rubini and the Pandolfini brothers.
