Biography

Craig Klass played water polo at Stanford, where he helped them win NCAA titles in 1985 and 1986, and where he earned All-American honors from 1984-86, and was named NCAA Player of the Year in 1986. Klass competed for the US at the 1988 and 1992 Olympics, winning a silver in 1988. He also won a silver medal at the 1991 Pan American Games. Klass also played for the US at the 1991 World Championships, and played on World Cup teams in 1987, 1989, and 1991. Klass later became a physical therapist. He was elected to the US Water Polo Hall of Fame in 2000.
