Milton MacWilliam wrestled bantamweight freestyle at the 1924 Paris Olympics. He competed for Cornell University, serving as captain of the wrestling team as a senior. MacWilliam was twice a runner-up at the intercollegiate championships, in the era before NCAA wrestling. MacWilliam became a hydraulic engineer, working for Connecticut Light and Power.
