Biography
Austrian sailor Christian Claus partnered Norbert Petschel in the multihull (tornado) class at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. The pair finished an unfortunate fourth behind France, New Zealand and Brazil. Claus and Petschel won two medals at the European Tornado Championships: gold in 1987, and bronze in 1988.
