While attending Harvard, Frank Scully won the intercollegiate Dinghy championship in 1948. At the 1959 Pan American Games he won a gold medal in the 5.5 m class with George O’Day and Victor Sheronas. Scully worked as a manufacturer, developing and selling ideas to the oil industry in the United States and Canada.
