Samuel Giacosa was an Argentine track and field athlete who specialised as a sprinter. Giacosa ran in the 100 metres at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics where he finished last in his heat. He was also named in the Argentine quartet for the 4 × 100 metres relay in Los Angeles but the team did not start in their heat.
