William Hunt was an Australian track sprinter who represented the Redfern Harriers in Sydney. In 1920 Hunt did the double to become the national champion in both the 100 and 220 yards, earning himself a place on the Olympic team in the process. At the 1920 Antwerpen Games he ran in the 100 and 200 metres, reaching the quarter-finals in both races.
