Luis Larrosa was a Uruguayan basketball player who played for the national team during the 1980s. Larrosa was part of the Uruguayan team that won the gold medal at the 1981 South American Basketball Championship. Three years later he competed at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics where Uruguay finished in sixth place. In domestic basketball Larrosa played for a multitude of clubs including Atlético Aguada, Nacional, Peñarol, Atlético Olimpia, and Hebraica Macabi.
After his playing career Larrosa lived for a few years in Ecuador before he moved to Spain, where he later died.
