Jean Konings was a Belgian sprinter who represented the Royal Racing Club de Bruxelles. In 1907 Konings ran the 100 metres in 11 seconds, setting a Belgian record that stood until 1912. He was also the national champion in the event from 1906 to 1908. At the 1908 London Olympics Konings ran in the 100 metres but failed to qualify for the semi-finals after finishing in second place in his heat.
