Biography

Brazilian track and field athlete José Galimberti specialised in the throwing events. A representative of CR Tietê Galimberti competed in the shot put and discus at the 1924 Paris Olympics, finishing in 25th and 20th places, respectively. He was also scheduled to compete in the hammer throw in Paris but did not start the event.

Personal Bests: SP – 11.81 (1924); DT – 40.18 (1924).
