Biography

Octávio Zani was a Brazilian track and field athlete who represented CR Tietê in São Paulo. A specialist in throwing events, Zani competed in the hammer and discus throws at the 1924 Paris Olympics, finishing 14th and 23rd, respectively. He also participated in the shot put in Paris but failed to record a valid throw.

Personal Bests: SP – 11.61 (1923); DT – 38.175 (1923); HT – 42.11 (1924).
