Georgi Stoykovski was a Bulgarian triple jumper who was a seven-time national champion. Between 1963 and 1966 Stoykovski broke the Bulgarian record on 10 occasions. At the 1966 European Athletics Championships he won the gold medal to become the first European champion in athletics for Bulgaria. He competed at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics and the 1968 Mexico City Olympics where he finished seventh and ninth, respectively.
