Biography
Elsy Rivas won bronze with the 4×100 metres relay team (with Juana Mosquera and the non-Olympians Aida Ortíz and Ana C. Maquilón) and finished seventh in the 200 metres at the 1971 Pan American Games.
Personal Best: 400 – 55.5 (1975).
