Risto Mattila was a Finnish track and field athlete who represented Enson Kisailijat. Mattila specialised as a sprinter running in the 100 metres at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics. He finished in fourth place in his heat with only the top-two athletes qualifying for the quarter-finals.
