Stanley Fuller was a finalist at both the 100y (3rd) and the 220y (2nd) at the 1932 AAA Championship. He sustained an injury when he fell down a stairway on the boat going to America for the 1932 Olympic Games and failed to shoe his true form in Los Angeles, eliminated in the heats of the 100 and in the second round of the 200. He joined a Norfolk firm of agricultural foodstuff suppliers as boy and was Chairman of the Board when he retired after more than 50 years with the company.
