Biography
Tom Richards had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1948 Olympics marathon. In the 1950 British Empire Games marathon he finished fifth. In the British Empire Games he competed for Wales.
Personal Best: Mar – 2-29:59 (1954).
