Biography

Valentino Degani was a non-playing substitute at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics. A goalkeeper, he spent his entire career (1924-37) with Internazionale FC in Milano, appearing in 176 matches with them. In 1929/30 he helped them win the Italian Championship, then using the name Ambrosiana-Inter, the name enforced on them by the Fascist government. Degani never played in an international for Italy.
