Biography

Albert Weinstein, brother of Paul Weinstein came in seventh in the long jump at the 1908 London Olympic Games. In 1909 and 1910 Albert was German Champion in the long jump. He also started as a triple jumper. His son Adelbert later became an important German postwar journalist at the Allgemeine Zeitung Mainz and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and a high-ranking officer in the German Bundeswehr.
