Alice Annum was a Ghanaian sprinter who competed at the 1964, 1968, and 1972 Olympics. Annum was the first female Olympian from Ghana, and she ran briefly in the USA for the University of Tennessee. She made the finals of the 100 and 200 in 1972, and also competed in the long jump in 1964 and 1968. Annum won four medals at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games, with silvers in the 100 and 200 in 1970, and two bronzes at the 1974 edition, in the 200 and 4x100 relay. She was a three-time gold medalist at the All-Africa Games, winning the 100 and 200 in 1973, and the long jump in 1965.
