Cypriot track and field athlete Georgios Skoutaridis competed for Greece during his career, winning six titles at the Panhellenic Games and four titles at the Panionian Games. Skoutaridis was a specialist in the 110 metres hurdles, winning four titles at the Panhellenic Games (1904, 1906–08), and two titles at the Panionian Games (1907, 1909). He was also a talented long jumper, winning the event at both the Panhellenic and Panionian Games in 1907, and retaining his title at the Panhellenic Games in 1908.
Skoutaridis competed at the 1906 Intercalated Games in the 110 metres hurdles but he did not advance from his heat. Two years later he ran in the 100 metres and the 110 metres hurdles at the 1908 London Olympics, but again did not advance from the heats in either race. Skoutaridis retired from athletics in 1909 and went on to coach at Panellinios GS.
