William Hill was a long sprinter who ran the 200 and 400 metres at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. In Hong Kong he was the Amateur Athletic Association’s Athlete-of-the-Year in both 1964 and 1965. During his career Hill set national records at 100, 200, and 400 metres.
