Lelieth Hodges finished seventh (1975) and fifth (1979) in the 100 metres at the Pan American Games. She was also a member of the silver medal winning 4×100 metres Pan American Games relay team in 1979 (with Rosie Allwood, Merlene Ottey, and the non-Olympian Carmetta Drummond).
