Michel Medinger, Sr. was a track and field athlete from Luxembourg who competed during the 1930s. Medinger specialised in middle-distance running and was selected to participate at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He ran in the 5,000 metres but was eliminated in the heats. His son ran in the 800 and 1,500 metres at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.
