Biography

Christophe Mirgain was a footballer and track sprinter from Luxembourg. Mirgain played football for the Red Boys youth team and won the country’s junior championship in the 1919–20 season. He then turned his focus to athletics where he specialised in the 400 and 800 metres, setting a national record in the latter. Mirgain ran in both distances at the 1924 Paris Olympics but did not progress from the heats in either race.
