Carlos Marcenaro was a Peruvian track and field athlete who competed in middle-distance running events. Marcenaro ran in the 800 metres at the 1936 Berlin Olympics but did not advance from the heats. He was also scheduled to run in the 1,500 metres in Berlin but did not start the race.
