Lawrence Butler Bradford Betts, better known as Toby Betts, was a South African sprinter. Betts ran in the 100 metres and 400 metres at the 1924 Paris Olympics, reaching the semi-finals in the latter. He was also part of the South African quartet that ran in the 4 × 100 metres relay where the team also reached the semi-finals.
