Frank Rushton was a South African track and field athlete who competed in the hurdles and sprint races. Rushton ran in the 400 metres hurdles at the 1936 Berlin Olympics but did not advance from the heats. He was also part of the South African quartet that ran in the 4 × 400 metres relay. Rushton was the great-great uncle of Nicole Walraven, who played hockey for South Africa at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
