Victor Werll of Liège was the runner-up in the Belgian 1920 amateur welterweight championships. One of eight boxers from his hometown to represent Belgium at the 1920 Olympic Games held in Antwerpen (Antwerp), Werll lost in a decision to American William Clark after receiving a bye in the first round.
