Kurt Branting was a Swedish sprinter who represented IK Göta. Branting was part of the Swedish quartet that reached the semi-finals of the 4 × 100 metres relay at the 1924 Paris Olympics. He was also named as a reserve for the 4 × 400 metres relay, with Sweden winning the silver medal, but Branting did not take part in either the heats of the final.
