Biography
Rudolf Falk was a Swedish long-distance runner who represented IK Göta in Stockholm. Falk won his first national title in 1918 in the 8 km team cross-country race. The following year he won his second title, this time with victory in the 5,000 metres. In 1919 Falk was the brief holder of the Swedish record in the 5,000 metres until the time was beaten just over a month later by Eric Backman. Falk ran in the 5,000 metres at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics where he won his heat but did not finish in the final.
