Biography
Meredith Ellis ran for the New York Police Athletic League and competed in the 1956 Olympics while still a student at Jamaica High School in New York. She placed third in the 200 at the 1956 Olympic Trials. In 1956 Ellis was the youngest member of the US Olympic track & field squad.
Personal Best: 200 – 24.7 (1956).
