Biography

In the 800, Joseph Bromilow finished second at the 1906 AAU and third at the 1908 AAU. In 1910, he ran on a world-record setting 4x880 relay team for the Irish-American AC. Bromilow ran the 800 at the 1908 Olympics, but did not make it past the first round. Born in England, he came to the US as a child and spent most of his life in Paterson, New Jersey. He later worked as a twister in silk mills.
