Charles Hall was runner-up in the 2-miles at the 1908 IC4A Meet. He later competed for the Irish-American AC. Hall graduated from Columbia University in 1908. He moved to Seattle after World War I, and worked for the Refrigeration Engineering Company. In 1944 he was promoted to chief engineer for that company. Hall was a member of the American Society of Refrigeration Engineers and the American Society of Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers.
