Biography
Dick Hart ran distances for Penn and later the Philly Collegiate T&F Club and Philadelphia AC. He was AAU 5K champion in 1956 and won the 6-miles in 1955. At the NCAAs, he was fifth in the 1950 2-miles. He graduated from Penn in 1950 with a degree in mechanical engineering.
Personal Bests: Mile – 4:15.3 (1953); 2 miles – 9:00.0 (1956); 3 miles – 14:01.5 (1956); 5000 – 14:28.4 (1956); 6 miles – 29:33.6 (1955); 10000 – 31:06.8 (1956).
