Biography
Jim Quinn had only a brief career as a top-class sprinter. After winning the 1928 IC4A 100y he placed fifth in the 100m at the Final Trials and ran the second leg on the relay team that won the gold medals in Amsterdam.
Personal Best: 100 - 10.6 (1928).
