Biography
Joseph Spencer swam two events at the 1906 Athina Olympics. He swam for the US in the 4x250 m free relay, finishing fourth, and placed ninth in the one mile freestyle. Spencer was also entered in the 100 and 400 freestyles, but did not start. He represented the New York AC.
