Biography
Wenzel Goldbach was an Austrian wrestler who finished fourth at the 1906 Intercalated Games at Athens in the middleweight Greco-Roman class. He became president of the Internationale Berufsringerloge Wien from 1924-37. It was an alliance of wrestlers, managers, and promoters in Austria that organized tournaments and set the rules in the country.
