Biography
West German figure skater Ursel Barkey from Köln (Cologne) finished 18th at the 1960 Squaw Valley Olympic Games, finishing in the same place at the 1960 Worlds. From 1959-61 she also competed at the Europeans with limited success. Barkey placed second in 1960, and third in 1959, 1961, and 1962 at the West German nationals.
