Zofia Krzeptowska was a Polish national titleholder in the 3x5 kilometer cross-country skiing race every year from 1954 through 1958, except 1955. Individually, she was runner-up in the 5 kilometers in 1956 and in the 10 kilometers in 1956 and 1957. During this time, she also represented Poland at the 1956 Cortina d’Ampezo Olympics, placing 18th in the 10 kilometers and fifth in the relay, alongside Maria Gąsienica Bukowa-Kowalska and Józefa Czerniawska-Pęksa. She also attended the 1958 World Championships, where she was 26th in the 10 kilometers, and retired from active competition shortly thereafter. Her younger sister Anna was also an Olympic cross-country skier.
