Biography
Edel Randem lived in the shadow of her great country woman Sonja Henie. In Henie’s absence, Randem was Norwegian Champion in 1930 and 1931, and placed sixth at both the 1930 European and the 1931 World Championships. Born in Oslo, after her marriage she settled in the neighboring municipality of Bærum until her death in 2001.
