Luke Bodensteiner skied for the University of Utah where he won two NCAA Championships in 1990 and 1993 in the classical technique. In addition to his two Winter Olympic appearances, he was the first US skier to compete at four World Junior Championships. Bodensteiner later became the Nordic director and a vice-president of athletics for the US Ski & Snowboard Association.
