Howard Crosset’s won a silver medal in the 4-man bobsled at the 1952 Oslo Winter Olympics. His other big year in sledding came in 1951 when he slid on the North American and AAU 4-man champions with his Sno Birds of Lake Placid team. Crosset lived much of his life in Lake Placid, but later moved to New Hampshire.
